I will never order from this place again. I purchased a casket spray for my husbands funeral. I asked for a bright, cheerful wildflower spray as this was what he liked. I even picked the picture out of the book they had. Picked out some flowers to drape down the casket, paid extra for this. I was charged $477.00 for this spray. When I got to the funeral home and saw the flowers they were all roses, the flowers draping down the casket was replaced with tacky ferns that covered the casket. On 4/12/25 I ordered what I thought would be a bright and cheery arrangement for my aunt who was in the hospital, but what was delivered was something I could have picked out of my back yard. Not worth $68.00. I will say that they were delivered in a timely manner, probably within an hour of being purchased.
I ordered 1 Funerals arrangement ( updated to Premium total cost 154.00. My aunt in North Carolina ordered same sympathy arrangement. Same cost. I ordered from Flowerd by Nora. In Pikeville. My aunt did the same. Arrangements to be delivered by 3 pm on Thursday to Lucas $ Son Funeral Home for my baby sisters wake and funeral. I get to the funeral home. My arrangement IS NOT THERE.
