I’ve held my tongue long enough. Lol. I have been a customer of Brian and Lyman for years. I have worked with Lyman in the past. Each of them is an amazing individual with a heart of gold and the willingness to help those in need, well beyond professional responsibilities. I do not hesitate recommending their business to anyone in need of an honest, fair, responsible mechanic. Every once in a while after fixing so many cars you run into a customer that thinks they own the business. The part they needed was days away. She wrote a bad review because she wanted her car fixed before I even had the parts. It's quite funny that all of your posts have one star. You are just evil.
Omg...it started about 3 weeks ago. I brought car in to be told to come back tomorrow. When I called the next day to cancel due to possible rain because no place to pull it in bay. I got yelled at that I keep doing this..I need to keep my scheduled appointment! What? So I brought it in and all he did was bypass a hose or line. Not sure if he even looked any further than that to see rack n pinion needed replaced. Charged me $107 and did not fix it. So came back again to be told it's the rack...and it's going to be a hard part... read more
This place just ripped of an elderly man. Pretty much stole his money from his car that got totalled.... bad business.
