They had some music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. However, you can tell it comes from the computer because you can hear the clicks when they enter stuff in the computer. Makes me laugh every time, since they don't realize it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. The entire staff is kind and helpful as well. I always know I'm in good hands. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
