Truly a pleasure having the Team of Justin, Matt, and Pat from Leverage Homes taking care of the vital aspect of moving/cleaning out the residence on the final days of Closing! I bought my place. Felt like it was a mistake. They got in contact with me. Not the other way around. I took a shot and they helped. Took a couple of months. Wasn’t sure when the closing dates were. One person backed out so that made it longer but that wasn’t their fault. But very long story-short, i got to sell it and made a bit of a profit. You gotta know what you’re selling. We had a negative experience with Leverage Homes. After an initial offer in May that was too low, we agreed to sell under the condition that they would market the home and close in 120 days, plus 30 days to move out due to the fact we'd be away for the month of July. We were assured multiple times that Leverage Homes would buy the house regardless of whether they found a buyer. Despite being led to believe there would be a private open house, our home was publicly listed on Zillow without our clear knowledge. The open house ... read more
