Horrible experience with customer service. Horrible. Just called at 3:37pm on 12/30/24 and spoke with a lady that answered the phone as if I was bothering her. I asked if she accepted United Healthcare insurance and she said it depends if it was a PPO or an HMO. I told her it was for my Mom and I had the card number. She again stated if it was a PPO or an HMO and I asked her if she could look it up and she said in a deregatory tone that everyone doesn't have access to their website.
