Attendant was extremely patient, cooperative, helpful, graceful, friendly. The PA could not take care of my needs. No technical capacity available to take out a very deeply ingrained wooden sliver into a fingernail.

Overall experience has been so terrible with this urgent care specifically with their billing department. They will continuously lie to you and say you owe them money without providing an actual bill. I’ve had such a terrible experience, their billing department tells me three different things and then they can’t actually give me the billing statement. I had service done 3 months ago, and they are incapable of proving me a bill. BEWARE! TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOT WORTH HEADACHE
