I came here for a pre-surgery medical clearance and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The nurse who initially assisted me seemed very inexperienced. She had difficulty finding a vein, failed to draw blood on the first attempt, and applied unnecessary pressure with the needle, which caused significant pain. I later noticed bruising on my hand. Very nice staff and they provided transportation for me
Paid $250 for a rapid strep test and throat culture, and they never even sent out my throat culture. Had they submitted the culture, I would have found out much sooner that I had staph infection. Waited dangerously long to hear nothing back. Do not go here, get rapid tests from CVS and then see your regular PCP when they’re available.
I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care thanks to Christina! She walked me through the enitre process and was very clear the entire visit.
