I had such a wonderful experience with Demietra at Level Up Urgent Care today. I’ll be the first to admit, I clearly did NOT have it all together! 😂 I came in needing bloodwork for my pre-op appointment without my prescription, and I didn’t even have my insurance card with me. I'm disappointed. I usually go to this Urgent Care for all my needs but I'm stopping because they changed lab services to Accu Reference Medical Lab and now I'm stuck with a $400 bill because they are not in network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. This is for routine lab work. A bit crazy seeing as BCBS is the main insurance most people have in NJ. You can look up this company. Many people view them as predatory. Wish I got a heads up. I’ve visited this urgent care several times for both my son and myself, and each experience has been met with compassion, empathy, and professionalism. Demetra is always welcoming, kind, and attentive, helping make the transition to the doctors smooth and comfortable.
