Ordered an LS swap kit for my Range Rover on October 2020, still haven't received it and I've tried to contact Level's Performance multiple times. My emails go unanswered and my calls are ignored. I started a dispute with my credit card company. I'm out $3100 for the time being. This has been the worst company I have dealt with for an online purchase hands down. Do not trust them.
Should have read reviews. Ordered an E38 LS Swap Kit through this guy, who, seems like a great guy, but clearly struggles to run a business. Ordered swap kit mid January (said he had parts basically ready to ship). Now it's mid April and I still don't have my parts. It's getting harder and harder to get a hold of him. My last 5/6 or so (probably more) emails AND voicemail have fallen on deaf ears. Been nothing but patient and cordial and it has gotten me nowhere. Ordered ls swap kit for my e39 and wiring harness, Feb 2020, he stated would be approximately month. I have had no response back from him since Sept 2020. He has promised it shipped 3 times. Then comes back saying I have redesigned the mount ill be shipping out. I paid him 1200 dollars and he will not refund or make this right. A complete scam. Do your research before buying anything from Nic. Years long history of taking money and never sending anything. Will even go as far as to send a tracking number but then the tracking will never update anything. Will stay in contact with you to get your money but once you pay, disappears. Forums have banned him for his scams. Don't risk your money: Just buy from someone else.
