This company is a rip off. We had a 1600.00 deposit. We left our duplex spotless and they still kept our deposit. I also paid a company 300 to clean it and they charged 675 to "clean it" again. Do not rent from them. This is what they charge for: Repair door dings behind doors - 70.00 (normal wear and tear) Replace light bulbs - 10.00 Replace toliet paper holder, Tub stopper, Towel Bar, Blind and wipe down walls and doors - 495.00 Carpet cleaning for one room - 225.00 General Cleaning - 175.00 There were no broken blind... read more
