This company is a rip off. We had a 1600.00 deposit. We left our duplex spotless and they still kept our deposit. I also paid a company 300 to clean it and they charged 675 to "clean it" again. Do not rent from them. They rented a place to me and the day after signing the lease and putting down a deposit they called me and told me that the owner wanted to live there and they needed to cancel the lease. I was told I would be getting my full deposit and application fee back. Well guess what I got scammed!!!! Not only is the owner still selling the property and not moving in they refused the give me my full deposit back. I got scammed.
