Horrible. Poor Customer Service Extremely difficult to reach anyone at this office. The "Executive Vice President" April Moeser who is in charge at this office has no clue what customers service is or how to run an office. After you visit with her for 5 minutes you quickly learn she is in over her head. Most of your better insurance agents decliene to use them as a General Agency due to the poor customer service. So many agents who are using them are in the process of leaving due to the poor service.
