Pair (Jaime and someone else) showed up to 2nd appointment after canceling the first and within 1 minute were insulting, rude, unprofessional and condescending asking me why I insisted (??) they come when they don't even do the work I was requesting, why I would bother if I'm not going to do it right, they're very busy, what am I looking for just a homeowners quote, and that I was wasting their time, etc. I was interested in having my living room ceiling repaired from water damage from ice damming. ... read more
