I am very grateful Natick mall has high quality activity place for kids like level 99. It is fun. And staff there are very helpful. Heard many people recommend it. I booked a 2-hr session for myself and my 15 & 13-year old boys. Timothy(?) walked though the setup process with me patiently before my kids arrived. Went here for a girls night and had an absolute blast!!! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because we didn't eat here so idk how the food is.
I prefer the Providence location.
