John is the owner and operator and I was LUCKY to stumble on him when having major issues with my former pool company. After checking out his licenses and his A+ rating on the BBB I spoke to John about the major issues I was having with my pool because of the former company I had been paying. He took time out of his busy schedule to drop everything and come and access my issues.
