I didn’t get that i expected ,he needs more experience .
I m so happy I found Oscar he transformed my hair into a beautiful high level blonde in just one short session with an impressive result. The salon has a beautiful atmosphere and is very clean. The attention and dedication you will receive from Oscar is amazing he does a perfect job in my opinion, I been going to many salons and never got such an amazing result. Extremely recommend.
