Level up rescued me when I found myself in a bad situation from another contractor. They were honest, compassionate and went the extra mile. They put in significant time assessing my situation and helping me get it done correctly while also saving me as much money as possible. Chastity even came to my house herself. Daniel and Nate were great too. The crew they sent to install the roof was very professional and hard working. My kids even commented on the crew’s work ethic. I highly recommend Level up!
All work items were subcontracted out (except inspection and collecting checks) and without supervisory oversight of work crews. Poor communication. Project time line was incorrectly estimated and less than professionally executed. Numerous rework items involved and innumerable delays. Property stolen by sub cons. Paperwork submissions to insurance company were very late with errors requiring resubmissions (lack of punctuality and follow-up). We had a leak where next to our chimney. I contacted Level Up and they came out and completed a free estimate. It was determined our roof wasn't up to code and needed replaced. We were devastated and overwhelmed. Thankfully, Chastity with Level Up took care of everything! She had one of her team members meet at our house with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed.
