Francisco and his team are world class. The team genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. The training is tailored, the coaching is knowledgeable and motivating, the environment is welcoming, and the facilities are excellent. I came to Jose and Level Up with persistent back and knee pain that doctors could not resolve. Jose helped me strength the rest of by body and was able to get me back on to the field playing again.

I went to Level Up Performance because I was having elbow pain from throwing javelin, and other clinics couldn't figure out what was causing it. They identified the issue, used a combination of treatments including dry needling and cupping, and helped me get back to throwing without pain. I would definitely recommend them.
Jose and the team are fantastic. I injured my shoulder/neck 3 years ago snowboarding. I went to 2 doctors, 2 physical therapists and still had chronic pain. I went to Jose and he took his time with me, i wasn’t just in and out his exam room. He found the source and prescribed me a workout plan to help strengthen the weakened muscles. Jose is obviously curious and obsessed with what he does.
