⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience. I booked with Level Up Limo expecting professionalism and reliability, but it was far from that. The chauffeur showed up late, the vehicle wasn’t clean, and communication was very poor throughout the ride. I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. For a company that claims to offer “luxury service,” it felt more like a last-minute ride with no attention to detail. Would not recommend or use again.
