Very good experience with Level Up Air Duct Cleaning. Dustin clearly explained the air duct cleaning process and what they were doing the whole time. They were respectful of my home and careful with everything, and they even offered to replace my furnace filter. The service was professional, helpful, and done by people who really know air ducts and HVAC care. I highly recommend them. We are very glad we chose them because they are true experts in this field.
I’ve used other air duct cleaning services before, and Level Up Air Duct Cleaning did the best job by far. Kyle answered all of my questions and was very friendly throughout the visit. After the duct cleaning, air flow felt much better, the house felt fresher, and my dog with bad allergies stopped sneezing so much. I am completely satisfied with the service! Randall was our technician and did an amazing job. He explained everything clearly about what our air ducts in our San Francisco home needed. The appointment window was between noon and 4 pm, so I expected to wait, but Randall called ahead and actually arrived at 11 am, which was a great surprise.
