Had Luca and Vinh come in for a Design Consultation of my unit. They were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions we had with design and renovation processes and possibilities. Their expertise made the process seamless, and was left feeling inspired and confident in any future decisions I was making about renovating my space.
We had an in-home consultation with Level Studio following a home renovation to help us plan our space. Luca and Vinh really listened to our vision, and helped us find room-by-room strategies for achieving what we wanted, with lots of ideas for which pieces of furniture to use, room layouts, colour palettes and lighting. We were impressed by their professionalism and creativity. Thank you Luca and Vinh!
Luca and Vinh at Level Studio are professional, creative and a great team. We had them recently come to our home to give us some suggestions before we do a home gut reno. The suggestions were so on point and helpful. We will definitely have them back when we are preparing to build out our kitchen and living room as well as the basement. Their professionalism was also top notch.
Extremely disappointed. Communication was spotty, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and I felt completely out of the loop. What should have been a smooth design process turned into a nightmare of delays and excuses. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone expecting professionalism. All the glowing reviews seem suspiciously fake.
Communication was awful for the duration of the project. There were little or nonexistent updates, and deadlines were consistently missed. We felt inconsequential and disregarded. Our discussions were not reflected in the outcome. All of the positive reviews are obviously fraudulent; our experience was completely different from what has been written. incredibly disappointing and a financial and time waste.
