There has been a lack of customer service each time I have gone into this petite salon. Commuting from Duluth, I was in the area one day and went in for some information. When I asked about pricing and making an appointment, the snappy young receptionist (who may have been a stylist there, which is sad) rolled her eyes at me and stated that "obviously" they didnt have availability that day (which i didnt even ask) or for the weekend.
