To start, Ryan King was very punctual. When my wife and I arrived, he had already been on the roof inspecting flashing around pipes, started the radon test, and was going throughout the house. When outside he was taking my wife around to show her all of the possible issues. He moved from room to room efficiently and noted everything on our report. We would recommend Ryan for anyone needing a house inspection.
I moved from NY to OH and have small kids so i couldn’t go back and forth so i relied on the professionals to be my eyes.
