So I read a review on the professionalism of Nina and I would have to say my experience is quite the opposite! I recently relocated from NYC and Nina made the transition effortless, especially giving today’s market. Thank you Nina and Level Plus Realty, I really couldn’t have asked for a better agent and agency!
Unfortunately there is no option for 0 Stars. Nina and Level Plus realty are the MOST unprofessional and shady agents I have ever met. They say they have deadlines for offers on houses but CONTINUE showing the home and moving the dates they are accepting offers multiple times. Very suspect practices and constant yanking around of agents and buyers. They use obvious tactics to pit offers against each other after they have stated they will not take any more offers.
