We had a productive team offsite at Expansive Gaslamp. The location was conveniently close to many hotels, restaurants and activities. The meeting suite was very spacious with a mini kitchen. And the community manager, Nikki, was attentive and responsive to anything we needed. Highly recommend Expansive Gaslamp for team meetings.

I’ve been renting my office space at Expansive since 2022, and I truly enjoy being part of this community. From the moment you walked in, everything about the space makes you feel welcome and motivated to grow your business. Had a power outage and needed a place to work. Expansive was able to provide me with a last minute office to work out of. It was quiet and clean place to work. They had an open kitchen and vending machine for quick snacks. The staff is very responsive. Great place to work.
