I hate to write this review but after giving this stylist multiple chances, I feel this is fair. After all, we now they charge us for no shows or late cancellations, right? Kyleigh Adair failed to call me or keep our scheduled consultations. She kept rescheduling and I was extremely patient. I am all about understanding when someone has things come up but this so unprofessional and a bad look. See text communications. So glad I never drove 2 hours for an appt. It probably would have been a no show.
Alex is MY GIRL!!!! Ever since I started going to her, my hair has been the healthiest it’s ever been, so light & blonde, and just perfect! She’s the sweetest person ever, and so easy to talk to! I cannot recommend this salon enough! 🫶

It’s so hard to find the right hairdresser and I have been lucky enough to find the best with Sheldon at Level 2. She always listens to what I want and can “read” my mind at times. They are so amazing to deal with and she is always accommodating to my work schedule. Thanks Sheldon and Level 2 for being the best!
