I went in for full highlights, but after I got home, I realized that only a very thin top layer had been highlighted while most of the hair underneath was left untouched. No response from them about how to fix it. Very, very disappointing experience!
I hate to write this review but after giving this stylist multiple chances, I feel this is fair. After all, we now they charge us for no shows or late cancellations, right? Kyleigh Adair failed to call me or keep our scheduled consultations. She kept rescheduling and I was extremely patient. I am all about understanding when someone has things come up but this so unprofessional and a bad look. See text communications. So glad I never drove 2 hours for an appt. It probably would have been a no show.
Alex is MY GIRL!!!! Ever since I started going to her, my hair has been the healthiest it’s ever been, so light & blonde, and just perfect! She’s the sweetest person ever, and so easy to talk to! I cannot recommend this salon enough! 🫶
