Wonderful Building and apartment , welcoming staff. Area is a bit far from LA and some tourists areas of interests. The area of the building itself is very safe and close to Long beach points of interests. Everything you need is within a short walk. If you’re staying in Long beach this is a great place! Special thanks to Ricardo who checked me in. Great appreciation to Scott (house sales manager) for being prompt, attentive and going extra mile to assist me and my family!

The service is great by all employees. Most outstanding is Alexis Esparza at the front desk. He is beyond helpful with all issues: everything from a lost key to advice on local businesses to everything else! Add always pleasant!

I absolutely am loving my stay at Level Long Beach and wish I could stay longer. The amenities are top notch. The staff were all great and upkeep of shared spaces was constant. Very clean. It won’t take away stars but be aware the pillows aren’t great, firm and quite thick and the lights from parkade lit up the room despite shade. So come prepared if these things bother you.
