I don't like leaving negative reviews but just for other parents to know - I’ve been with this business for over a year. Though I have had one or two timely deliveries for braces for my son, unfortunately all of the rest have taken months to order. I’m told the orders have been put in and will be on their way, and several weeks later I am told the order wasn’t put in. This has happened more than 6 times for braces for my son. I was recommended to go here by my PT when I needed to get fitted for AFOs prior to surgery. I'm surprised by the poor reviews. I had an easy time scheduling for my fitting. The office staff confirmed my insurance benefits prior to ordering my braces which is correct protocol. Most importantly, Steve the orthotist, was knowledgeable of CP which can be challenging to find as an adult with CP. My braces were ordered and made a month before I needed them. If I could give 0 stars I would! This is a joke of a business. My sons PT referred us here for his SMO's, and it was nothing but a nightmare. We had several issues with Level 4/Restore: took months to receive them, incorrect fitting that ultimately resulted in them remaking them, incompetent staff who couldn't properly answer questions, would tell you one thing in the office only to not follow through, can't seem to return phone calls nor emails...
