I recently discovered that my blower was not coming on when I turned on the air conditioner. I called Level 9 early the next morning and was able to leave a message with a virtual assistant that sounded very real! Dispatch called me as soon as the office was open and a technician was available come out within two hours. We are subscribers to their yearly maintenance service.
