I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I experienced by Kirsty!! I had an appointment for hair coloring, and the stylist didn’t follow up with me until the last minute. When I finally received a message, I clearly explained the color I wanted and that I didn’t want bleach or highlights. Just a few minutes later, I was told it couldn’t be done without bleach, and since I hadn’t replied sooner (even though I wasn’t given much time), my appointment was canceled. I got my hair cut by Kirsty once and I loved it. Today I went to trim my bangs a little and give them a different style, and I was surprised that it was free, and I liked the cut even more! Kirsty is truly someone you can trust when it comes to figuring out what style might look good on you. It's really hard for me to trust someone to cut my hair, but Kirsty is an excellent professional and also very friendly. Thank you so much, Kirsty!
