I had a really negative experience and would not recommend. I went for custom foot orthotics and received a pair that were way over corrected causing severe foot pain. I asked to have them redone with less correction and the 2nd pair was even worse. I have now gone to a Podiatrist (for a consult) and PT (to try to correct the foot pain caused by these orthotics) - both providers commented on how surprised they were at the height of the foot arch and the inflexibility of the orthotic. My children recently had an appt and it went very well. I’m really impressed with Heather’s attention to detail and her persistence in ensuring the paperwork was received from the referring doctor. The amount of work that she put into contacting them and myself several times was unparalleled to any experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. I hate to hear that the office will be closing soon.
I have used this company twice for both of my sons. They both needed cranial helmets. We had fantastic success and only needed one helmet. Lisa and her team are absolutely fantastic. I would use them again
My child got a helmet here for her head shape and it works good. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
