There’s no repercussions for people not picking up their dog’s 💩. These photos are from 2 buildings this morning alone. We have pit in weekly requests to get the poop picked up from neat our unit.

*WARNING DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE* - I’ve had roaches in my apartment, I promise there is never any parking, if you come home from work expect to park 100 yards from your apartment by the gate. The premises always has dog crap all over it, they play loud rap music at midnight by the pool all the time and they don’t care at all. How many times do you have to ask for this to be cleaned up in a non smoking complex? I only ask publicly because I’ve asked 10 times privately. This is gross, and completely against the policy of the complex.
Loved my space until the management company decided to build a new complex in my backyard. Starting around 6am, 7 days a week, my apartment is blasted with sound of construction. I’ve resorted to sleeping on the floor of my closet because it’s a tiny bit quieter. Not worth the money.
