My elderly mom and I have been living here for 5.5 years now and I can honestly say it has been the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The office staff have always been friendly and have accommodated any request we had. The maintenance crew are equally friendly and have always been very efficient with the minor fixes we've needed, mainly mom putting stuff down the garbage disposal that shouldn't be in there and getting it stuck. Their pool party consists of blasting the tv at max volume with crappy music for hours on end. Conveniently they close the office during this. Really nice for people that work nights and sleep during the day.......this is just one example of how picerne sucks and could care less about their residents.
