RecommendedHandymen are very knowledgeable & conduct their work in a very professional manner. Porters are polite, personable & a pleasure to be around. The Concierge Victor is very efficient & makes all the tenants feel comfortable when entering & exiting the lobby. And my very favorite person in the building is the REsident Manager! Reuben makes this establishment run like a well oiled piece of machinery!
If you want to live here, your Luxury Living prices are sure to get you horrendous managment with a lack luster, defensive attitude. You’ll also be rewarded with amenities that, on a very good day, might be working. What’s more impressive is when/if you have to email Clinton Managment regarding your complaints, specifically Troy Berman, you’ll get as much empathy and clarity as you would from overseas phone scammers. Management staff is extremely rude and unresponsive and they don’t respond to repair requests (have had open repair requests since we moved in last summer). The sales staff was dishonest about how the gym on the 9th floor is run, and thus will say whatever they need to in order to get you to lease. The “amenities” are treated as though it’s a separate company, although it’s owned by the building and they charge additional $$ to use it.
