My neighbor hired Level 1 to fix his roof. I’m the process they broke a statue in my yard. Jason apologized and said he would promptly send out a reimbursement for the statute. It is 2 months later and I have not received payment. When I reached out to Jason he said he does not have the time to worry about my measly $100. This business is horrible unprofessional.
Outstanding response, and very professional. The crew was very helpful identifying roof issues and provided a very fair and complete reroof. Level 1 will be the only company I ever call if roofing issues arise on other properties. Thank you Level 1 for an outstanding job.
Prompt service for a roof leak. Very good communication in regards to the problem. Also performed inspection of entire roof.
