It's a quiet area near work for many. Place is staffed well, courtyard is maintained. Residents usually nurses or other health professionals at Ochsner. Inexpensive. Near the Levee a great place for running or biking beautiful birds nest on the Levee. Apts weren't always well maintained but apparently they upgraded after Katrina (I moved 2 yrs prior). But you can furnished as you please. I had no problems there with anything.
I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I have never had any issues. When something was broke I notified the office and it was fixed the same day . Its also a very Quiet complex. Neighbors are friendly . Apartments are a great price and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I would recommend these apartments to anyone
Levee Run is one of the cheapest 2 bedrooms you can find in Jefferson parish but like the old saying you get what you pay for. The only positive thing about the apartment complex is that the rent is cheap compared to other apartment complexes but that is the only thing I can really think of. Negative things about Levee run apartments is the you have to hassel the management to get things fixed in your apartment, the laundry facility is dirty washers are constantly leaking and do not wash your clothers properly also the dryer... read more

Would not recommend. – First off, the on-site manager is crazy. I caught her peering into our apartment windows on several occations. If I had two people over for dinner, I would get a knock on the door complaining about being too loud. Honestly, if you want to be able to relax, having a couple people over to visit, and talk above a quiet whisper, this isn't the place to live.
