Our satisfaction was their main concern After meeting with eight different companies, we chose Levco Pools to renovate our dilapidated 20-year-old inground swimming pool. We selected them based on their reputation, our favorable impression of Peter Lindia and his ideas for our project, and their fair cost estimate. Stay Clear! Do not use this company! Levco must have been the one to write their own review! Buyer beware. This is not a reputable company. They start out with a better price...but in the end the customer service stinks, they have techs that are not knowledgeable and do not stand behind their work or warrantees. The manager is rude and they are not in the business of customer satisfaction.
Levco did a terrific job My husband and I knew our pool needed a complete makeover, but we procrastinated doing the work because we didnât want to deal with the aggravation normally associated with construction. They were responsive and honest. Can't say enough good things about Levco - from Shawn, to Peter (thank you!!!), to the techs who did the work, everyone was pleasant and very helpful. They were responsive and honest and patient. I had a very bad experience with a very questionable outfit in the area (I think I wrote a review of them) and Levco was so different - in a good way. They stood behind their work Levco sandblasted old paint off, repaired cracks, installed a new skimmer, and then plastered my old concrete pool with Hydrazzo, a top end marble pool finish. They also cut away concrete patio at edge of pool and installed brick coping. All the work was done in a timely fashion. The Levco team not only do a terrific job, but took the time to answer my questions and went out of their way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Levco was responsive to our needs. After many years of debating whether to put in a full pool or just a hot tub on the deck, we split the difference and contacted Levco Pools to put in a gunnite hot tub. We have never regretted out decision to put the hot tub in the ground or that we used Levco to install it.
