Company that doesn't care about its customers. Levco technician found two gas leaks (one outside of our new home and one inside) and did not fix the problem. We paid to fix it using our own plumber. Levco did not care to come out on an emergency basis to check repairs, fill tank with propane, and turn gas back on. We've been left with no gas to cook with for our family of six. Very disappointed with their service. We are new customers.

Levco is a very shady company. After paying premium prices for oil from them in our ******home for over two years, we became concerned with the COVID-19 crisis and needed to watch every penny. So we contacted Levco in February to ask if there is anything they could do to lower our oil price, since many other companies were offering much lower prices. Beware of this company billing practice. They don't provide you with your account statements ever and never tell you if your budget is on track. Then tell you you have a large balance when and if you ever ask. Holy crap! Who does that!. Also, they jack oil prices unbeknownst to you. Beside this poor accounting practice the rudeness and unprofessional staff is ridiculous. Completely customer unfriendly at all levels.
