I had a great experience living here. The maintenance staff responded quickly, the place was kept clean. Santana Row was quieter and more livable than I expected. No issues with parking, and the soundproofing between units was excellent. Since Justin became the new manager, communication has been fast and reliable. He’s professional. I was very satisfied and never thought about moving—only left because I’m returning to Japan. Highly recommended.
I’ve lived in a top-floor unit since early 2024 and it has been a nightmare. Whenever it rains, nasty stinking water leaks from the ceiling in multiple places within my apartment. The management claimed they will fix the roof but never resolved, leaking happened again and again over the year. The management did drill a hole in my ceiling and put a huge and extremely loud dehumidifier inside my room for multiple days after the rain stopped, which is useless but making noise.
