Taking the time out to send some recognition to Jacob from engineering and maintenance at Levare. I want to thank him for his thoroughness and his patience with a chronic issue I have had with my oven. This oven was looked at three times last year with each individual claiming they knew what was going wrong with it; all with different recommendations. Been a resident at Levare for a few years and it was exceptional. The staffs managing the property was friendly, helpful, and professional making our stay memorable and hassle free. If you are looking for rental properties on Santana Row Levare should definitely be on top of your list.
I’ve been a resident at Levare in Santana Row for 4 years, and hands down this is one of the best Greystar-managed rental communities in the area. In my experience, it’s quieter and more secure than other buildings on Santana Row. The new property management office in the lobby makes it much more convenient to connect with the team, and the staff is always friendly, responsive, and professional.
I toured Levare and had a great experience! Very nice building with an elegant atmosphere, and you can’t beat the location! I love Santana Row so I will definitely be considering this property for my upcoming move to San Jose!
