Been a resident at Levare for a few years and it was exceptional. The staffs managing the property was friendly, helpful, and professional making our stay memorable and hassle free. If you are looking for rental properties on Santana Row Levare should definitely be on top of your list.
I’ve been a resident at Levare in Santana Row for 4 years, and hands down this is one of the best Greystar-managed rental communities in the area. In my experience, it’s quieter and more secure than other buildings on Santana Row. The new property management office in the lobby makes it much more convenient to connect with the team, and the staff is always friendly, responsive, and professional.
I toured Levare and had a great experience! Very nice building with an elegant atmosphere, and you can’t beat the location! I love Santana Row so I will definitely be considering this property for my upcoming move to San Jose!
I had a great experience living here. The maintenance staff responded quickly, the place was kept clean. Santana Row was quieter and more livable than I expected. No issues with parking, and the soundproofing between units was excellent. Since Justin became the new manager, communication has been fast and reliable. He’s professional. I was very satisfied and never thought about moving—only left because I’m returning to Japan. Highly recommended.
