Lived here for 6 months through corporate housing. Loved staying here and if it was not for my job relocating me I would have stayed longer. Office and maintenance staff is great, would highly recommend!
My appointment to tour the apartment homes was with Ms. Selania, who was very knowledgeable and professional. I’m strongly considering this place as new home.
I reached out to Levaré while looking for apartments in San Jose and had a great experience with the leasing team. They were very responsive, friendly, and informative, and took time to answer my questions and explain availability and floor plan options. The overall communication was smooth and professional, and it left a great first impression.
We were scheduled for an appointment, re-confirmed with the manager, and no one was at the office when we arrived! Their phone number didn’t work too, and the line wouldn’t connect us with the live rep. It is very disrespectful to be so irresponsible for genuinely interested customers!!
I recently toured Levare Apartments at Santana Row, and overall, I was pretty impressed with the experience. The location is definitely the biggest highlight — being right in Santana Row means you’re steps away from restaurants, shops, and entertainment, which makes the area feel lively and convenient.
