Marnice has a bad attitude. I drove an hour to go see a property and when I arrived she was rude. She treated me like I was a bother from the get go. Wasn’t friendly.
Prices are a little up there however for the size of the properties plus what's included it's pretty worth it in my opinion
I’ve had excellent landlord service from Marnice Marshall at LeValley for my small commercial rental in Wasilla as well as our house rental in Big Lake. I was a first time landlord for residential and she walked me through all the dos and don’t of the business. She is a pro and I wouldn’t be a landlord w/out her.
