It was easy and fun!
A great place, super friendly and welcoming. Got a great deal on an amazing car. Definitely recommend and if you go ask for Skyler, he was great! Let me test drive every car I was interested in, knew everything about them and helped find something perfect for my budget. I’ll be buying all my cars from him and recommending all my family and friends. 12/10 experience:)
After searching for a Equinox ("ready to buy searching) for about two months I finally decided to go test drive one lol that's when I looked into my local dealer (the one negative is that Levalley are not on the online car search sites I was visiting-I was willing to go to another state and/or several hours away to buy a car instead because those places were online). Took my deposit on a vehicle, sent me a receipt for the deposit. I booked FLIGHTS & ACCOMMODATIONS to come out to their dealership. I explained I was coming from out of state. Hours later after I’ve spent the money to make the arrangements and we agreed on a pickup date/price they call me to say “sorry, we actually sold this car yesterday”….. I was on the phone with multiple people from the dealership ALL MORNING. Double charged my deposit instead of refunding it right away, then told me there was nothing they could do about... read more
