initial purchase experience with Ry was great. however the mattress i received was a lemon. Additionally i was advised their sheets would fit the mattress better. They agreed to replace the mattress. i followed up several times about the sheets, even going back into the store. Was promised call backs that have never happened. Then i was fortunate to reach Ry again. He replaced my sheets with a far better quality that have an elastic strip that runs under the mattress and fit properly. Great experience at the Toronto showroom was greeted by Ry who was very helpful with choosing the correct product for us. Ry showed alot of patience by explaining the different models and how they would benefit us. Thank you

Followup is terrible -- the sheets are way too long for the bed. i have followed up several times, even going back into the store. promised call backs that have never happened. still waiting for new mattress delivery and no one has addressed the issue with the sheets. very disappointed with their after sales customer service.
Shout out to Ry Fobert who is a sleep consultant at Leva Sleep. If I could give this company 10 stars, they would get 10 stars. I don’t think I have ever dealt with this level of customer service. They literally answer calls as if it’s a family business and treat you like family. The ordering was seamless and you can’t be their prices!! Even after I ordered and paid, Ry Fobert hooked me with great perks after the fact. Now you can’t beat that!! I would 10000% recommend this place to anyone who needs a bed.
