We had a great experience with Leva. Blane was more than helpful. The delivery guys were very careful and set up the beds with what we thought was the right height. However after a couple of days we wanted the beds raised. We contacted Blane and he said “no problem I will stop in on my way home tonight and fix that”. And he did!! Talk about going the extra mile!! Great service. Would recommend Leva. P. S. Love the beds.
We got a split king adjustable base, new mattresses for that, a twin mattress and a beautiful bed frame from Blane and we are happy with the purchase. My back pain is much better. I think this company is very innovative in finding ways to make sure customers are always answered promptly (eg. They have a central call number that is always picked up, and an interactive live video screen in store, just in case the worker needs to step out for a moment, and you can text the sales person anytime).
