We started in September looking for an adjustable bed to help me deal with my Parkinsons Disease which makes it hard to get in and out of bed. We dealt with Paul he was great and explained all the options and different options for the base and mattress types. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase right away. Better Call Saul for an Adjustable Bed! Saul and the experience was amazing and definitely recommended Leva Sleep! And if you wanna good nap lol
Paul at Leva Sleep was great. I, for one, know what I want and need, I don't like to have a salesperson try to sell me what I don't want, need or tell me what it is I need just so they can sell there qouta. Paul listened, and he showed my partner and I a few options and left us alone to figure out what we wanted to buy. So far, we are loving our new bed!
Storefront open but no one there we talked to someone over a one way camera that was weird. Because of this i have decided not to use this company if they cannot have a real person in the store how good will the service be
We visited this store in Dec 2024 and bought the "better" split-king adjustable bed with tempur-pedic mattresses. We're relatively happy with the bed but feel that the salesman was not honest with us about the product. I guess that's what salespeople do but it means I can't recommend Levasleep to others going forward. We had gone to Levasleep because the split king adjustable bed we bought from Douglas were not as comfortable as we wanted.
