Had a great experience with my Lefa sleep purchase. Blane was a huge help throughout the whole process. Love my new bed!
Our initial interaction was via chat and phone with Ry, who helped us get started. Very patient and made sure to get us the beat posted prices! I can’t say enough good things about Leva Sleep! (Barrie) From the pleasant surprise of a no-pressure video telepresence sales rep (thank you Ry), all the way through final delivery & setup by their professional team, Leva Sleep delivered. I was quoted more than double the price for a similar product at a different store, and I thought a premium adjustable bed was just not possible. Honestly have been to this store 3 times in the past two weeks. Nobody home. Every time Ive gone in Ive been greeted by a webcam and monitor with an employee in Alberta. Im starting to doubt they have anyone actually working there. Im not super comfortable with a telepresence sales person. I will shop somewhere else.
Blane was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me to find the right mattress and what I was looking for.
