PSA: you must work with Lev! I was working with lev to sell a relative's home and he did a fantastic job. Lev was very effective at prepping and marketing the home and really helped us evaluate offers, something I had never done in my own home buying experience before with an agent. Lev was incredibly attentive (and patient!) with my move. He was proactive, took time to get to know me, my “must haves” in a home, and made this entire process stress free. His patience and genuine understanding that I was making a big decision was something I appreciated most.
