I wish I can leave this review 0/5 but I guess ill give it a 1 star and keep my temper at a low but... Living at this apartment complex is a complete JOKE. How are you guys gonna jack up rent when you guys have done ABSOLUTLY nothing but trying to make the complex look good, its like putting lipstick on a pig and calling it a deal. Despite the "24 hour towing" parking enforcement sign, there's still no parking whatsoever during the school year and I find that absolutely horrendous on the management's side. This is NOT student housing. My job is seasonal and does not happen over the summer. Despite being able to demonstrate that I have 10k in financial aid coming next month, I face eviction tomorrow. Now, I need to bring it up with UNR about LEV lying about being student housing.
