Very Much close to Shopping centers and Bus Line RTC,Walmart, Winco, various restaurants
Best place I've lived at so far in Reno.
11/15/24 - LEV under New Mgmt (Eff. 10/10/23), Apt 129 (Resident in This Apt since Aug. 2020) - the only 1 Bdrm/1 Bathroom apartment on the property. Apartment is Old and Run Down (i.e. Living room Carpet "Loose/ Wrinkling", Cabinets delaminating - Kitchen/Bathroom, Linoleum flooring Damaged - Kitchen/Bathroom - Bubbling, Paint showing Rust/Black Stains from Moisture - Bathroom (has No Exhaust fan). Unlawful towing at the expense of own residents. They tow cars that belongs to its own residents. They don’t allow guests freely making it a hassle. Rent is too damn high for a small space - better off looking elsewhere. Wasn’t reimbursed and definitely cannot return my time. Some tenants were even towed twice in one day. No notice was sent and they blatantly lie to cover themselves. Also, what notifications is the building talking about? There were never any notices
If you like being told by staff you pay for to do their job for free. If you like never sleeping because of construction, neighbors, and 24/7 traffic. If you like essentially paying $1000 for a single bedroom. If you like playing musical cars where the loser doesn't get to park at their $1000 bedroom. If you like constant aggravation, this apartment complex is for you.
