When I made the call to Mr Leusch, he responded immediately. There were no corporate automated prompts or, call center scripts, there was a person on the other end of the phone. That was most comforting. He was able to assist me in the auto accident that I was in. Polite&Professional! Not saying some of my calls that day weren't Robots but This one was Not. Thanks Sir!
