My nail tech denied me service because I booked “incorrectly”. She said I was supposed to book a soak off so she refused to do my nails. She claims I have to book a soak off every time I get my nails done since I have gel x which is ridiculous. Claims that she told me this at my last appointment which she did not. She did not try to accommodate me or even offer to reschedule me at all. All she did was laugh in my face. She won’t be laughing now that she lost money.
I’ve been looking for a go-to spot for a while and finally found it! This place is amazing—not only are the nails/pedi outstanding (mine last for weeks), but they also do hair. The atmosphere is super welcoming and friendly. They even serve a great selection of beverages, which makes it feel like a true spa experience. Highly recommend checking them out!
Jenn is such a sweetheart! Even though it took me a year to find a nail tech in Jersey, I’m happy I found her when I did! The boutique is beautiful, excellent customer service, and quality service from Jenn. She has a new loyal customer!
The salon is really beautiful, but I had a horrible experience with the hairstylist Laura who works there
So i have a hardgel full set + french. I had Jenn as my servicer and she is honestly such a beautiful person. her character is a true reflection of her work! she is so precise, understanding and non-judgmental. i am sure all of the ladies who provide their services are wonderful. i highly recommend coming here. you won’t regret the service and the ambiance. 10/10
