I have had a issue with a new scope I bought in the past couple of months and I called customer service, they replaced the problem parts immediately! Received them in less than 3-5 days, after the phone call! Customer service is 5 stars in my opinion! I have bought several Leupold products, love all of them! Keep up the great work!!

I own over $15,000 in leupold optics. My $500 range finder broke and they pretty much tell me “ it’s 4 years old, it’s junk throw it away.”
I recently encountered a situation where I needed a custom CDS turret for a high country elk hunt and I only had 10 days before I had to head out....one call to the custom shop and my custom turret was cut and sent to my home giving me time to spare.....unbelievable customer service that makes me a Leupold customer for life....
I started with a leupold rangefinder rx1000 and have since bought multiple vx3I scopes. Also recently purchased a leuopold 1600 range finder. My first one went out and despite all the positive customer service reviews mine was not repaired or replaced since it was outside of 2 year window. Guess I’ll look for another product supplier.
I just received my Mark4 scope back from customer service. That scope has been a workhorse for me for over a decade. Had the reticle start to shift around. Leupold repaired it without hesitation. I own more than a couple of Leupold products and have never been disappointed with that decision. Thanks Leupold for being a great company!
Made in America with American metal. Best built optics out there. Tested in house and in field. Can’t beat ‘em.
Scope has seen many rifles and is still like new, great customer support, sent me a replacement part years after purchase no questions asked.
