Three years ago I moved into a neglected old house. I went to work cleaning and doing many long neglected maintenance projects. It didn’t take long for the spiders to start moving around. I HATE spiders!! On a Facebook referral I contacted Lubitz and they took care of my problem. I have them come every 3 months and not only do I not have spiders, they got rid of the ants, too!! They are dependable, courteous and I’ve never had problems with their billing. Hire Lubitz!
Leupitz' technician (Nathan) greeted me with a smile. He asked whether we had any special pest issues, which we did not this time. After a friendly chat, he did his work as noted.
