Overcharging for basic evaluation twice Terrible service
Be aware of the receptionist newly immigrated from Hong Kong (around her 30s). She just wants things done fast and out of her way so she doesn’t care about patients. I asked a few questions then she got impatient and hold off an earlier available appointment just to get back at me (I knew because she mentioned there’s an earlier appointment available but changed immediately to “oh no it was not”.) I had to call the next week to talk to another receptionist to get that earlier appointment. But Dr Leung is great.
Dr. Kyla Leung was informative about the procedure, gentle, and efficient. Superior after care too. Excellent experience overall.
Three Implant cost me more than 7000, I wish I had dental insurance but I don’t have. After I finished implant, I roughly don’t have money for the painkillers.
