In September 2023 we began servicing properties in Baltimore City for this company. Things started smooth for the first 4-6 weeks then it has taken a bad turn. There are way too many delays in payments to where we have to contact Hunter multiple times per week to see where things are, and then when he goes to check it out we don’t receive a reply back on the answer.
