I had a horrible experience with this place. I took my daughter today and my daughter had an idea of cutting her hair in long layers due to her hair was all the way to her lower back. We got there and I let my daughter to explain the woman in there how she wanted her hair I didn’t worried because we saw pictures a day before of how did she wanted done and secondly because I thought that because she is a kid the woman would come and verify with me what she was going to do.
